Are the idols suitable for car dashboards?

Yes! Many of our idols are specifically designed for car dashboards. They are compact, lightweight, and have a stable base to prevent movement. They are safe for use in vehicles and make for a powerful protective companion on every journey.

Are the idols suitable for home altars and puja rooms?

Absolutely. Our idols are crafted with devotion and are perfect for home altars, puja rooms, office desks, and gifting. Each piece is energetically significant and aesthetically premium.

Are the idols hand-painted?

Yes. Every idol is individually hand-painted by our artisans. Minor variations in colour or finish are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece — no two are exactly alike.

Do you offer gift sets or bundles?

Yes! We offer curated gift-ready bundles such as the Mahadev's Divine Arsenal (Shiva Idol + Trishul Damru Set) and the Hanuman Divine Protection Set (Idol + Gada). These make for meaningful gifts for festivals, housewarmings, and special occasions.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across India and internationally to serve the global Hindu diaspora. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Within India, orders are typically delivered in 5–8 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

How are the idols packaged?

Each idol is carefully packed in protective foam and bubble wrap inside a premium branded box to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We treat every order as a sacred delivery.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order in real time.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social channels.


🌍 International Orders & Customs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Please contact us at support@murtihub.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What if my idol arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your idol arrives damaged, please email us immediately with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I request a custom idol or colour?

We do take limited customisation requests for special occasions. Please contact us with your requirements and we will let you know what is possible.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
